Residential electrical work, explained plainly.
Whether something stopped working or you’re planning an upgrade, we’ll find the cause, show you what we found and give you options sorted by what needs attention now, what can wait and what to plan for later.
Service & Troubleshooting
When something electrical isn’t working right, we track it down to the cause instead of guessing.
- Outlets or receptacles not working
- Breakers tripping
- GFCI and AFCI issues
- Flickering lights and light fixtures that stopped working
- Partial power loss
- Loose switches
What happens on a repair call
A repair starts as a Diagnostic Service Visit, a paid troubleshooting visit. We find the cause, not just the symptom, and document what we find, using testing and thermal imaging when appropriate. Then we show you what we found and explain your options.
The fix is sorted into what needs attention now, meaning anything that’s a safety concern or is causing the problem you called about, and what can wait. Then the decision is yours.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday by appointment or request. Call (352) 601-0302 or send a request.

Three kinds of visits
Troubleshooting and planned projects are different kinds of work, so we book them differently. To book any of them, use our online request. It asks for a description of the work, photos and an appointment time. We’ll talk it through with you and pick the visit that fits.
Paid visit
Diagnostic Service Visit
For problems that need troubleshooting: dead outlets, tripping breakers, flickering lights, partial power loss, or GFCI and AFCI problems.
For defined projects
Project Estimate / Consultation
For planned work like a panel replacement, EV charger, generator inlet and interlock, or a lighting project.
Paid visit
Electrical Safety / Second-Opinion Assessment
When you’d like an independent look at whether a repair or upgrade someone else recommended is actually needed.
Service questions
What to expect from a diagnostic visit, EV charger installs, storm preparation and mobile-home work.
Is the diagnostic visit free?
No. A Diagnostic Service Visit is a paid troubleshooting visit for problems such as dead outlets, tripping breakers, flickering lights, partial power loss, or GFCI and AFCI problems. We find the cause, show you what we found and explain your options.
Can you install a Level 2 EV charger at my home?
Yes. Before installing a charger we check that your electrical system has the capacity for it, then install it on a dedicated circuit so it works without straining the rest of your home.
How can you help me get ready for hurricane season?
We install portable-generator power inlets with listed panel interlock kits or manual transfer switches, evaluate existing inlets and interlocks, and add whole-home surge protection, so your home can run safely on a portable generator. We handle permitting when it is required.
Do you work on mobile and manufactured homes?
Yes. We handle troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, corrections, and panel and circuit work for mobile and manufactured homes across our service area, including Dade City and Zephyrhills.
How will I know which repairs are urgent?
After we diagnose a problem, we sort every recommendation into three groups: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to plan for later. Then the decision is yours.
Not sure which you need?
Describe what’s going on and we’ll help you figure out the right next step.
