When you send a service request
Our request form asks for the type of visit, your name, phone number, town and a description of what is going on. Your email address and the best times to reach you are optional. When you send it, the request is emailed to us and kept as a private record in the website’s admin area. We use it to respond to your request and arrange the visit. We don’t share it and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check from Cloudflare, and a hidden field that only automated programs fill in. To stop repeated sends, the website briefly keeps a scrambled form of your internet address, for one hour.
The form also has an optional box for promotional and seasonal reminders by text. It is unticked unless you tick it, and you don’t need it to send a request.
If you choose “Request service online” instead, your request goes into our scheduling system, a separate service with its own privacy terms.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number or text us, we use your number and your messages to answer you and for service-related communication about your work: scheduling, appointment reminders, arrival updates, estimates and invoices. Our texts go through our scheduling system, Jobber, the separate service named above, which keeps your number and the messages so it can deliver them.
We send promotional or seasonal reminders only to customers who choose to receive them with a separate opt-in. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP. Agreeing to promotional texts is not a condition of service.
Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply. To stop our texts, reply STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or call (352) 601-0302.
Customer information is kept in our business systems, including Jobber and our business email, with access limited to authorized users.
We don’t sell your mobile number, and we don’t share it or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. To update your information or ask us to remove it, call (352) 601-0302 or email service@twofourelectric.com. We honor these requests, subject to records we are required by law to keep.

When you tap our phone number
The website adds one to a daily count of taps on our phone number. The count is a number only. It does not record who tapped.
How we measure visits
This website uses Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits, see which pages are read, and learn whether people call us or send a service request after finding us. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this. We see totals and trends, not your name or what you write in our request form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. This website has no user accounts, no comments and no newsletter sign-up.
