What Power Without the Pressure means

Here to teach, not to sell.

Mike is there to educate you, not just sell you something. He enjoys showing you how things work, explaining what he finds, answering your questions and helping you understand your options, so you feel comfortable and confident in the decision you make. We’re interested in building relationships and earning trust, not pressuring anyone into unnecessary work.

We protect your home

We wear shoe covers when we come into your home and use drop cloths to protect the work area. We vacuum, clean up after ourselves, wipe down surfaces when necessary and remove the trash and debris from our work.

We leave it clean

Unless you want to keep something we’ve removed or replaced, we take it with us rather than leaving you with a mess. We respect your home and your time, and our goal is to leave the work area as clean as possible when we’re finished.

How we make recommendations

Informed, never sold.

After we diagnose a problem, we walk you through what we found and sort every recommendation into three groups, so you can decide what to do and when.

NOW

What needs attention now

Anything that’s a safety concern or is causing the problem you called about. We’ll explain why it matters today.

CAN WAIT

What can wait

Things worth keeping an eye on that don’t need to be fixed today. You’ll know what to watch for.

PLAN LATER

What to plan for

Upgrades you may want down the road, like a panel replacement or EV charging, so you can budget on your own schedule.

See it for yourself

We show you what we find.

You shouldn’t have to take anyone’s word for it. We test, photograph and, where it helps, use thermal imaging to show you exactly what’s going on inside your panel, outlets and wiring.

Then we explain it in plain language: what the problem is, what caused it, and what your options are. No pressure to decide on the spot.
