Service requests
A request sent through this website or through “Request service online” is a request, not a booked appointment. We get back to you during business hours, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, to talk it through and set a time with you.
Text messages from Two-Four Electric
When you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Two-Four Electric LLC about your service request and the work we do for you. These are service messages such as scheduling, appointment reminders, arrival updates, estimates, invoices and other service-related communication.
We may also send promotional or seasonal reminders, but only to customers who choose to receive them with a separate opt-in. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP. Agreeing to promotional texts is not a condition of service.
Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
